I am Leanne Gwilliam and have been a teacher and qualified SENDCo for over 20 years in a number of schools in Birmingham, Solihull and Worcestershire. In addtition to this, I have worked as Inclusion Lead, Designated Safeguarding Deputy, Thrive Practitioner, Behaviour Lead and the Designated Teacher for Looked After Children.
Here at SENDCo Support Services, I offer a flexible, outreach approach for all your pupil's SEND and behaviour needs.
The aim is to support your current SENDCo or BCo with the endless tasks either by working directly with pupils, gatherineg evidence for an EHCNA request or offering advice for children with special eduacational needs. I can also work in schools on an interim basis as your named SENDCo, Designated Teacher for Looked After Children and Deputy, Designated Safeguarding Lead.
